Post one video to TikTok, Reels, Shorts and Telegram at once: 7 tools checked
Which tools publish one short video to TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and Telegram in one go, which ones edit it first, and what each costs in September 2026.
To post one short video to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Telegram at once, you need a tool with a Telegram connection, and most schedulers do not have one. Of the six schedulers checked for this article, Publer, PostEverywhere and ShortSync publish to all four destinations. Repurpose.io, Buffer and Metricool handle TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, which leaves the Telegram post to you. The seventh tool, Monty, starts earlier in the process: it edits a raw take and then publishes the finished video to the same four places.
Every fact below comes from the vendor's own pricing page or help center, opened on 17 September 2026. Prices are in the vendor's currency before tax. When a page did not state something, the table leaves it out.

| Metricool | Yes | Yes | Yes | No | Basic image and video editor, music on scheduled videos | 1 brand, 20 posts a month | $20/mo billed yearly, $25 monthly |
| Monty | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Automatic edit of a raw take, editable preview | 3 videos a month, 1 channel, watermark | $29/mo; all channels on Pro, $49/mo |
Three things the table cannot show. First, every third-party tool reaches Instagram through Meta's API, and Buffer explains that some Reels switch to a reminder when they use music, stickers or collaborators, have an unsupported size or come from a personal account. Test a Reel with your usual audio before you commit to any tool. Second, Publer connects Telegram through its own bot, which you make an admin of the channel or group, and PostEverywhere uses the official Telegram Bot API, so you need admin rights on the channel. Third, "paid from" is the cheapest entry and often covers fewer than four accounts: PostEverywhere Lite connects two, so four destinations start on Starter at $19 a month.
Schedulers that reach all four
Publer is the cheapest way to cover all four. The free plan connects up to 3 social accounts (X excluded) with 10 scheduled posts at a time per account, which is enough to test TikTok, Reels and Telegram together and one account short of the full set. Paid plans are priced per social account: Professional starts at $5 a month for one account and Business at $10, and yearly billing takes 20% off. Telegram channels and groups accept text, links, photo posts, videos and GIFs. Publer also has a built-in video editor for trimming, splitting, merging, cropping and adding text, which is handy for a finished clip and still manual work.
PostEverywhere lists 11 platforms on every plan, Telegram and Discord included. There is no permanent free plan, only a 7-day trial that asks for a card. Plans run from Lite at $9 a month for 2 accounts to Scale at $39 for 20, with unlimited posts, and each plan includes AI credits for writing captions and generating images or video, plus REST API, SDK and MCP access. Nothing on its pricing page edits footage you filmed. It suits someone who wants AI writing and agent access next to the queue.
ShortSync is built for short vertical video and counts uploads instead of accounts: publishing one upload to several platforms uses one upload. The free plan gives 5 uploads a month on all of its platforms, Telegram included. Creator costs €14.99 a month for unlimited uploads, about €11.99 a month on yearly billing, and Team costs €49.99. The feature list covers scheduling, bulk upload, custom thumbnails, per-platform captions and a first comment, and it has no editor for the footage itself.
Schedulers without Telegram
Repurpose.io is an automation engine. You set a workflow once, and a new video on a source account is published to the other destinations without anyone logging in. It connects Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Amazon, Twitch and cloud drives, and Telegram appears neither on its pricing page nor in the connections section of its help desk. It resizes videos and burns in captions and headlines, but its help desk states that it does not generate captions: they come from Facebook or YouTube, or from an SRT file you upload. Starter is $35 a month or $349 a year. The full breakdown is in Repurpose.io alternatives.
Buffer charges per channel. Free covers 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel, so TikTok, Instagram and YouTube fit exactly. Essentials is $5 per channel per month on yearly billing ($60 a year per channel), with a 14-day trial. Its channel list is Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky and Mastodon. For YouTube Shorts, Buffer takes 9:16 or 1:1 files up to 10 GB.
Metricool prices by brand, and one brand holds all of that brand's networks. The free plan manages 1 brand with up to 20 scheduled posts a month, without LinkedIn and X. Starter costs $20 a month on annual billing or $25 month to month for up to 5 brands, with unlimited posts. On top of the calendar it gives analytics, an image and video editor and the option to add music to scheduled videos. Its networks are Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Google Business Profile and Twitch.
Where Monty is different
All six schedulers start from a finished file. Monty starts from a raw take: you upload an MP4 or MOV filmed on a phone, or write a script and record it with the free browser teleprompter. It cuts pauses and false starts, syncs captions to speech and keeps them inside each app's safe area, places music under the voice, adds b-roll chosen by meaning, levels loudness, applies your branding and reframes the shot vertically around your face. You get an editable preview before the final render. After you approve it, Monty renders the master for download and publishes to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Telegram, with its own title and description for each platform and an approval step before anything goes live.
Monty's Free plan makes 3 videos a month up to 3 minutes long, posts to one channel and adds a watermark. Creator is $29 a month for 15 videos and 2 channels, Pro is $49 for 30 videos up to 5 minutes on all channels, and Studio is $149 for 100 videos. Yearly billing costs $290, $490 and $1,490. Publishing one video to all four destinations needs Pro. Monty does not generate avatars, text-to-video scenes or faceless stock videos, so it only fits if you are the one on camera.
A scheduler fits
- Videos arrive already edited
- You also post to X, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Threads
- Several brands or clients in one dashboard
- The lowest monthly price matters most
Monty fits
- You film talking-head takes on a phone
- Editing is the step that stalls posting
- Telegram matters as much as the other three
- You want to approve each video before it goes out
When a scheduler is the better pick
- Your videos are already edited. An editor or an agency hands you finished files, and Publer, ShortSync or Buffer will move them for less than any tool that also edits.
- You post beyond the four short-video destinations. Buffer, Metricool, Publer and PostEverywhere also cover LinkedIn, X, Threads and Pinterest, and Monty does not.
- You manage many accounts. Repurpose.io Agency connects up to 25 accounts per network, and Metricool Advanced goes up to 50 brands.
- You want an archive to repost itself. Repurpose.io workflows publish every new upload from a source channel with no manual step.
- Budget decides. ShortSync's free plan covers all four destinations for 5 uploads a month, and Publer and Buffer have free plans for three.
The free route, by hand
If you post a few times a week, native tools cost nothing. YouTube Studio has a Schedule option on the visibility step of an upload. Telegram keeps a server-side schedule queue for every chat and channel, so a video post can wait for its time without your phone. One video then takes four separate uploads:
- Export one 9:16 master and check captions and on-screen text with the safe zone checker, because each app covers a different part of the frame.
- Schedule the Short in YouTube Studio and the Telegram post from the send button in your channel.
- Upload to TikTok and Instagram from their apps or through a free scheduler plan, with a caption written for each audience.
- Choose slots with the best time to post tool and keep them fixed from week to week.
Pick in one minute
- Finished videos, all four destinations, close to free: ShortSync Free, then Creator at €14.99.
- Finished videos, cheapest per account with Telegram: Publer.
- AI writing plus API or MCP access, Telegram included: PostEverywhere.
- Analytics and many networks, Telegram posted by hand: Metricool.
- A simple per-channel queue without Telegram: Buffer.
- An archive or podcast that should repost itself: Repurpose.io.
- Raw phone takes that need an edit before they go anywhere: Monty, once publishing is on for your beta account.
FAQ
Can I post one video to TikTok, Reels, Shorts and Telegram for free?
Yes, within limits. ShortSync's free plan gives 5 uploads a month and publishes each upload to all its platforms, Telegram included. Publer's free plan connects 3 accounts, so one of the four stays manual. Buffer's free plan also connects 3 channels and has no Telegram. Scheduling natively in YouTube Studio and Telegram is free as well.
Which social media schedulers support Telegram?
Among the tools checked on 17 September 2026, Publer, PostEverywhere and ShortSync publish to Telegram, and Monty does during its closed beta when publishing is enabled for the account. Repurpose.io, Buffer and Metricool do not list Telegram.
Do any of these schedulers edit the video?
None of them edits a raw take automatically. Publer has a manual editor for trimming, splitting, cropping and text, Metricool has an image and video editor and can add music, and Repurpose.io resizes, trims and burns in captions from an existing caption file. Monty is the tool in this list that edits a raw take on its own.
What is the cheapest way to cover all four destinations?
ShortSync Free covers all four for 5 uploads a month. Above that, ShortSync Creator is €14.99 a month for unlimited uploads, and Publer's per-account pricing starts at $5 a month for the first account. Check how many accounts you connect, since most plans price by account, channel or brand.
Does Monty also post to LinkedIn or X?
No. Monty publishes to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Telegram. If you also post to LinkedIn, X, Threads or Pinterest, keep a scheduler such as Buffer, Publer or Metricool for those.

Making Shorts in CapCut: the workflow, and its ceiling
A 9:16 project, auto captions, a caption fix pass, export at 1080x1920 H.264. It works well for a few clips and stops working at daily volume, for measurable reasons.
One take, five posts: repurposing without reshooting
Reposting the same file everywhere reads as a reupload. What actually changes per platform, in what order to build the versions, and what else a single take contains.
Podcast to clips: mining an hour of tape for twenty posts
One hour-long episode yields ten to twenty clips. Pick them from your retention graph rather than by ear, and rebuild the frame instead of cropping it.
